8月14日下午14时许，省高警公安大队值班室接报警称二广高速荆门至荆州段纪山服务区附近发生一起碰撞事故。民警立即赶到现场，发现一辆河南籍白色轻型小货车斜停在超车道上，车辆撞上了中央隔离护栏，挡风玻璃破损、保险杠脱落、车前部扭曲变形，受损严重，车上运载的满车水果也都倾翻在地。

而与这辆货车发生事故的白色小车却离奇地反方向停靠在应急车道。事故究竟是怎么发生的呢?民警询问小车驾驶员梁某，梁某一开始含糊其词，谎称自己操作失误。可在民警对细节的追问下，梁某眼看谎言编不下去了，才承认他在超车时发现钱包滑落到驾驶室下了，在低头弯腰捡钱包时车辆跑偏，致使事故发生。

民警调出小车上的行车记录仪，还原了当时的场景。这辆小车本来是在超车道上行驶，想超越前方在行车道上正常行驶的货车，可开着开着车辆却慢慢向右边行车道上偏移，等到驾驶员察觉时，小车已经快要与货车追尾了，小车立即向右边应急车道打方向以避让，可方向打得过急，眼看就要撞上右侧防护栏，车辆又猛地向左打一个方向。这下小车没有躲过去，小车左侧与货车右前方发生碰撞，由于速度很快，惯性作用下，货车被撞击向左偏移，一头撞上中央隔离护栏后停下，而小车被甩了半圈，180°大“漂移”后，车辆掉了个头，剐蹭上道路右侧防护栏后停下。

货车驾驶员苗某回忆起事故还心有余悸，称自己在正常行驶，不知为何从右边应急车道窜出一台小车，还撞上了他的车。事故造成货车驾驶员苗某左手中指骨折、车辆损失、货物损失，以及路产损失。在这起事故中，小车驾驶员实施了妨碍安全驾驶的行为，依法受到罚款200元、驾驶证记2分的处罚，同时要承担事故的全部责任。

民警提示：在高速公路上分心驾驶危害性极大，类似这样分心驾驶的行为在日常行车过程中还表现为玩手机、聊天、抽烟、喝水、进食、化妆、照顾小孩等。实验数据表明，当车速为100km/h时，低头一秒钟相当于盲开30米，车辆容易跑偏，驾驶员无法及时观察路面状况并采取有效的应对措施，极易引发事故。希望广大驾驶员朋友对自己和他人的生命安全负责，切勿分心驾驶。
