楚天都市报7月27日讯（记者 叶文波 通讯员 蒋龙 王志明 实习生 彭雨菁）7月27日，楚天都市报记者从“空降排-2017”国际军事比赛新闻发布会获悉：经中央军委批准，由俄罗斯主办，中国空军承办的“空降排-2017”国际军事比赛，将于7月29日在湖北广水正式拉开帷幕，来自伊朗、哈萨克斯坦、摩洛哥、俄罗斯、南非和委内瑞拉等6国参赛队来华参赛。

中国空军新闻发言人申进科介绍，自2015年起, 中国空降兵连续两年赴俄参加“空降排”国际军事比赛，今年“空降排”比赛首次在中国举行。

申进科表示，中国空军承办国际比赛尚属首次，这是建设大国空军、开放空军、转型空军的需要。五年来，中国空军空降兵先后与俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等7个国家军队联训联赛, 加强了国际军事交流合作，提升了实战化训练水平。希望通过这次国际军事比赛，让大家对中国空军空降兵有更深的了解。

中国空军训练局副局长蒋明球介绍，“空降排-2017”国际军事比赛将于7月29日至8月12日进行。本次比赛共设置13个比赛课目，区分战车组和非战车组比赛，并单独设置了定点跳伞比赛项目。

其中，战车组比赛包括单车赛、竞速赛、追逐赛和接力赛4个阶段；非战车组比赛包括空降与集结和急行军、越障与射击、班排定位赛与山地越野、排对抗4个阶段，共设置有空降集结、10公里武装越野、综合障碍、进攻射击等8个竞赛课目。

使用本国武器装备参加所有比赛项目的国家有3个，分别是中国、哈萨克斯坦和俄罗斯；使用中方提供的伞具、武器、装具、无线电台和弹药，参加非战车比赛和定点跳伞比赛的国家3个，分别是伊朗、南非和委内瑞拉；摩洛哥自带伞具只参加定点跳伞比赛。

本次比赛裁判长、驻鄂空降兵某军景涛少将介绍，举办这次国际军事赛事，是中国空降兵与世界各国空降兵相互借鉴、密切协作、增进互信、加深友谊的重要平台，是向全世界展示强军风采、让世界了解中国和中国空降兵的重要窗口。

中方参赛队伍共计42人，以“上甘岭特功八连”和“红三连”两个知名连队为主组建而成，他们继承了革命先烈敢打必胜的优良传统，面对高温酷暑和极限条件下的训练，敢于迎难而上，重点突出抗干扰、抗疲劳、抗高压适应训练，全面提升个人综合素质和实战化水平。

按照国际惯例，中方将为外军参赛队提供参赛装备，并在人员通关、装备投送、赛场试训、信息网络、后勤保障等方面给予高效、周到的协调安排。接下来的时间，他们将展开适应性训练，全力备战，并在正式比赛中进行战斗技能的激烈角逐。

楚天都市报记者还了解到，比赛期间恰逢中国人民解放军建军90周年，比赛场地届时将开展装备展示、跳伞表演和文化交流等活动，我军空降兵多种装备也将亮相，向社会公众开放。

记者：本周军情热点很多，其中一个就是，空军远海远洋训练问题再次受到关注，媒体报道轰-6K海上展翅，受到跟踪伴飞，请问对此有何评论?

中国空军新闻发言人申进科：中国空军远海远洋训练，从2015年开始，已经开展了3年，从当初一年4次，到现在一周多次，最近3周，持续开展了多次远洋训练，多型多架战机，编队飞越巴士海峡、宫古海峡，检验了远海实战能力。可以说，空军的远洋训练，实现了常态化、体系化、实战化。

中国空军开展远海远洋训练，不针对任何特定国家、地区和目标，是中国国防和军队建设的正常需要。目的是，通过实战化训练，锻炼和拓展海上实战能力，维护国家主权和领土完整，维护国家空天安全和发展利益。

中国空军开展远海远洋训练三年来，应对和处置了各种干扰阻挠，不管遇到什么阻挠，我们还要一如既往；不管谁来跟着伴飞，我们还要常飞多飞。因为我们的远海远洋训练，符合相关国际法和国际实践，合法、合理、合情。

记者：为何把比赛场地选在湖北广水？

中国空军参谋部训练局副局长蒋明球大校：一来，广水属于低山丘陵地区，这里的丘陵和水网都非常适合空降演练，体现了这次比赛的实战化。二来，广水的训练场是我国空军最好的训练场，放在这里比赛体现了我们对各国参赛队的友好，也想把本次比赛赛出高水平。
